We accept returned products if the following conditions are met:

• Your return request sent to designcarmeng@yahoo.ca has been sent and confirmed 21 days after delivery of the item(s).
• Items are returned within 7 days of the refund or exchange request sent and confirmed to designcarmeng@yahoo.ca.
• Items are free of all traces of use and are strictly unused, with their original tags still attached.
• We are not responsible for shipping the item(s) for returns. Shipping costs for returns/refunds/exchanges are not refunded, with the exception of a manufacturing defect on the item(s) or if it was not the item originally ordered.
• Refunds will only be made to the card that was debited for the purchase.
• When a return is requested, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an authorization number that you must write on the parcel.
